you may pay {2}. If you do, copy it for each card
in your graveyard with the same name as that
spell. (The targets of the copies remain the same.)
Whenever a player copies an instant or sorcery
spell, if there are four or more instant and
sorcery cards in your graveyard, you may choose
new targets for the copy.
