Your opponents cannot cast spells on
your turn.
Whenever an opponent casts a non-creature spell
put a charge counter on Saead's Stone and then counter it unless its controller pays {1}.
{t}: Remove all charge counters from Saead's
Stone and deal {x} damage to each creature and
each opponent where {x} is equal to the amount
of charge counters removed.
