Whenever an opponent casts a spell, put a
wish counter on The Ecclesia Concordat.
{t}: Remove {x} wish counters. Search your library for a nonland card with converted
mana cost equal to the amount of wish counters removed. Reveal it and put into
your hand. Shuffle your library.
{t}: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
