Scroll of Thunder Step

This scroll crackles with energy. It contains the Thunder Step spell, a 3rd level spell that lets the user teleport anywhere they can see with 90 feet. Immediately after they disappear a thunderous boom heard up to 300 feet away sounds and each creature within 10 feet of the space they left must make a Constitution Saving Throw or take 3d10 Thunder Damage, or half as much if they save.
Additionally you may carry along objects you can carry and one other person your size, who you must grab hold of.
