Seclusion

Whenever a player casts a non creature spell from
their hand, that player chooses an opponent to
search the spell's controller's library for another
noncreature spell. They may reveal a
noncreature, nonland card from that library,
if they do, the controller of the spell
exiles the first spell they cast and cast the revealed
card without paying its mana cost.
It protects what it needs at all costs: Even
if it puts what it needs in more danger.
