Shifting Confluence

When you set this event in motion, you may
destroy another target event.
Reveal cards from top of the library until an
event card is revealed. Put it into play.
Starting with you, each player choses a
revealed card and puts it into their hand,
then put the rest on the bottom of the
library in a random order.
