Villainous - If Starlight Glimmer isn't your Commander, put X Villain counters on Starlight Glimmer, X being the amount of mana used to pay X. Every time an opponent plays a spell, you may remove a Villain counter, if you do, either target opponent discards the top X cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard or deal X damage to target opponent. X being the spell's converted mana cost. You may instead remove two Villain counters, if you do, choose both options.
