The Blizzard Sage

Whenever a you cast a Snow permanent, you may
have it enter the battlefield under an opponents
control.
At the beginning of an opponents upkeep, they
must discard a card or lose 1 life for each Snow
permanent they control.
{s}{s}{s}, Sacrifice 2 Snow Permanents, {t}: Each
opponent loses life equal to the number of Snow
permanents under their control.
