The Flock of Famine

Whenever a creature dies, each opponent puts
the top card of their librery into the greavyard.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a -1/-1
counter on each creature your opponents control.
When The Flock of Famine dies
or is put into exile from the anywhere, you may
put it into its owner's library third from the top.
