Whenever a creature dies, deal 1 damage to each
opponent.
At the beginning of your upkeep,
create a 1/1 black Rat creature token on each
opponents battlefield.
When The Swarm of Pestilence dies or
is put into exile from anywhere, you may put
it into its owner's library third from the top.
