Toon World

When Toon World enters the battlefield, draw cards equal to the number of Toons you control. Toon creatures you control get +1/+1 and have "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, draw a card." Non-Toon creatures can't attack unless their controller pays 1 for each Toon creature you control.
